To promote all-citizen education and to develop cultural soft power, a total of 106 public and private nurseries and kindergartens, 23 elementary schools, 12 junior high schools, 5 senior high schools, and one special education school have been established one after another in Taoyuan City. In terms of cultural facilities, there are 5 public libraries, one mobile library, one story hall and one cultural center in the city.
