Since 2001, the Taoyuan City Office launched the Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service for locals. Over the past decade, the service has created a high ridership, making the service the largest and most eminent social welfare policy of the city. The service includes 8 routes with 184 buses running every day to provide the most convenient public transportation to locals.
